Had an emergency leak in my home. Werner sent someone out the next day but would have same day. They honestly told me it would be considerably more for Sunday service which was nice. I called for an estimate and stated my problem. It was a small leak in a pipe in the basement. The woman on the phone asked if it was an emergency and I told her it was not. She set up an appointment for the next day.

The technician arrived on time. The repair was made in a very satisfactory manner. He worked cleanly and left no trace behind. The cost was below the original estimate given. I was pleased in every aspect of the job. I will use them again for any other plumbing job.

Need a plumber? Your search ends here. Mary was nice, friendly and Very Accommodating. Ryan was Prompt, Courteous, Professional, Knowledgable, Thorough and Efficient. I needed several frozen valves replaced, a new faucet installed, a shower faucet handle rebuilt & an outside spigot replaced. The shower rebuild kit was so old it had to be located & picked up from plumbing supply. (All of this in under 4 hrs! Including the round trip to plumbing supply) Other plumbers I contacted acted like they were doing me a favor (just answering/returning a call was a "me"problem, apparently)? Werner's operates the way ALL service companies should. Customer forward/first. Great company, Great people doing Great work at very fair prices!

It is a family business.

Frank and Mary have owned Werner Plumbing since 2002. Since starting our business, our two sons have also joined the Werner Plumbing family. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service as well as quality plumbing work.

We understand that customers want their plumbing repairs done right the first time. Our quality of work, along with our customer service, is what sets us apart from everyone else. Our construction team understands that the customer wants quality and accurate prices, as well as fast and efficient work.

We understand the meaning of a deadline as well as communication. Our 24h on-call team is there to make sure you have service when you need it. Plumbing doesn’t only happen during regular business hours.
